Loose concrete block damaged Bosch wfb 2004

The concrete block on my Bosch WFB 2004 GB/33 has worked loose and damaged (dented)the outer drum. When the washer is working you can hear hear a scraping noise every time the inner drum revolves as it catches on the outer drum.I don’t think there is much I can do about it but is this likely to damage the washer and shorten it’s life?
