Changed The Concrete Blocks On This One Not Long Ago.
Customer was Screaming Down the phone Its Noisy again 😮 .Left Hand Shock Had gone hell of a Loud Springy Noise From This. On inspection There’s A BUR Of Plastic Protruding Out From The Tub after Production Its Shaving Against The Dispenser Hose water is running Down Into The Shock Absorber.
See Pics below for reference.by the Looks Of it its left After The Production Jig Is Removed There is A Identical Mark Opposite.
Sand It Down and replace with new parts.

Its a good idea to slightly ‘stretch’ the top rear spring at the same time. I do it as a matter of course on all ISE AW23’s with this problem. It stops the drum being pulled into the dispenser.
