Lucky customer – AEG Santo F/Fzr

Just been to do an insurance inspection on this, customer woke up and smelled burning.
Took him a while to find it because all the temp indicaters were showing ok, but it looks like the fan in the freezer had jammed and had overheated so much that the polystyrene insulation and the lining had all gone up.

Was very surprised to see this happen on any machine, never mind an AEG.

Had a dishwasher this week SDW 60 hotpoint slimline which had a seized wash pump so the water was boiling in the tube heater and bubbling up when it should have been circulating.
