    Hi everyone,
    Been to this machine today, customer says it stops half way through wash, full of water, with display flashing( not sure which part of display is flashing). Customer can then put machine to spin and it empties & spins.
    Ran a programme today and it went straight through no problem. Any ideas as customer says it happens all the time. how do you run a diagnostic on this machine? Thanks for any help

    Would suggest checking all heater elements to see if any have dropped below 40 megohm insulation resistance at 500v. This would be enough to give the electronics the jitters.
    If you have an account with Connect you can get all the tech stuff via “mediator”. If not, post a request here and someone will send it to you.
