ParticipantBeen to this one today. Mushroom pulled off easy i thought. Ran through cycle as it finishes prewash just before draining the lights 1,3,4 flash then when they are off the 2 light flashes in between. I think this is a fagor. Is this a stat /heating fault? Also a vfu651t to look at on friday with reported 1,3,4 lights flashing
Regards

It is a Fagor Simon.
From the known error codes:
CDA VFU651T and Fagor dishwasher
All four flashing is a door open fault.
From left to right…
2 lit/1 not/1 lit = Not filling
2 lit/1 not = Overfilling
1 lit/1not/2 lit = Control car, element or safety stat
1 lit/1 not/1 lit/1 not = Temp control failure
1lit/2 not/1 lit = Overheating
1lit/3 not = Leak or inlet hose fault

Thanks Dave saw the codes but the alternating lights confused me. Am i right in thinking it is a heater/controlcard/safetystat fault?

For the record went to the vfu651t today and same 1,3,4 lights flashing alternating with 2 when the 134 lights are off. Wash pump motor not running. Also heater not engaging. A 3 microfarad start cap did the trick as it was blown apart. Heat now o.k.
Now the LVU 661 1t has the same flash code but no heat but circ pump action o.k. What does the mushroom do then? and there must be a heavy duty pressure switch that tells the heater to turn on? 😕Regards

Hi simon
the thermostat will need changing,it will probably have a red resetable stat or a purple spot, change it to the following part number and it will cause no further problems
V75I000G2

Thanks Bryan will revisit to check stat under heater if O/C. Any idea on price?
Like the flipdown bottom panel on these. Big.S.

Thanks Dave part received yesterday 😀 .
Unfortunatly tore the grommet (and hands) whilst fitting. Customer decided to replace fagor dishwasher with a bosch. Part ready for next one. Also noticed that the stat already fitted was the white one so suspect other problem lurking. Mushroom also appears to be floppy loose fit and ready to fall off shaft again. Thanks anyway
