The stat is a 90’c and NTC in one, The brass tags are for the 90’c side and should be connected through to the heater, The silver tags are the NTC. As a rule, the brass tags have a much heavier gauge wire to them for obvious reasons.
I have seen these reversed and it blows the NTC side as it cannot cope with the voltage/ampage going through it.
Remembering that some of the electronic machines don’t start to heat until 18 minutes into wash…………
If there is no power down to the stat/heater its controled by the relay top right of the board looking from the rear. Had loads and loads of heater dry joints when at SUK.
