Hello, yes I have called them. been told that I am on the next payment run, but as of today still not paid, If and when I am paid i will report back. Job was completed on the 23/01/2014. Late payment fee will be added on the 24/03/2014.

You did wait for another few weeks after I advised by PM to contact them with a name and number,So partly your fault if you missed the last run.

Hello got paid from Maac ltd 😀 so all is well again today.
Paid by bacs but they didnt send a remittance so i couldn’t report back until today.
Only took 3 emails and 2 phone calls but paid now. 😀

Hi All
We had a phone call out of the blue as well. Initially agreed to do 2 jobs on 28 day basis. On investigation found company was not registered at Companies house, also only address they would give was a PO Box. We informed them that we would only work on a Pro Forma invoice basis which they would not do so we will not be doing work for them. Not confident so beware.

Now done 3 jobs for them,asked for call out payments upfront!, which they have paid, and now paid full amounts! So far so good.

Hello, I have another overdue invoice from them, I have added my late payment fee again. I contacted them when the invoice was presented to make sure it wasn’t lost in there system over a month ago, but still they are not able to pay on time.

Its the last time I will do work for them.

Its the last time I will do work for them. Too much hassle getting payment. :tdown:

I am chasing up four invoices for work we did for them in April, I emailed the invoices over as we completed the jobs. When I asked for payment as a goodwill gesture (plus I said we would not do any more work for them till they were paid, I was told accounts were dealing with it. Since then no responses from my emails, no response from messages I have left on there phone. Looks like another bunch of rip off merchants. My advice is do not touch them with a barge pole.
