ParticipantHi all
Thanks to all your efforts ISE has laid strong foundations and we are now entering phase 2 of our business plan which will mean;
1. We pay for the guarantees to be underwritten by Axa
2. The marketing campaign is launched
3. Deliveries are improved
4. Maybe ISE pro and / or ISE trumble drierI could write an essay on any of the above so if you want details on any of these subjects give me a ring. but to move forward I need your help in tidying up the customer registration system.
Next week I will be finalising the deal with Axa to underwrite the guarantees.
Currently there is a big descrpency between machines we have supplied to you and those registered as sold. If you could send in missing registration cards or e-mail customer details / serial numbers to us as quickly as possible it would really help.
While currently we can be flexible on paying for service calls for customers who are not registed, Axa will not honour claims on policies I have not bought and I can not buy policies for people who I don’t know about.
Also the 1st stage of our marketing will be in the daily Express in early November and I am arguing with the DTi over the WEEE directive.
Both of these require me to take birth to death responsibility of all ISE machines. I need to be able to prove I know where all our machines are if we are to get an exemption from having to pay for cleaning up the waste of larger and less green producers. This would be a huge gain as all the other manufacturers would be paying charges from which we are exempt or we get loads of free publicity if the government decide to ingnor our representations and impose the current directive on us. It is currently a no loose for us, but if the DTi calls my bluff I must have auditable data.
Your help is appreciated and as ever I am grateful for your support in continuing to push the ISE.
Cheers
John
