As above, does anyone know where I can download the manual for this oven? or can anyone tell me how to work the timer, and what all the settings are on the right hand control knob.

I very much doubt you will be able to get an instruction manual for it I`m afraid.
Clock timer info here in our advice and help section.
Someone else might know the answer to the control knob question 😉
