Thanks for that Dave – Appreciate it. The whitegoods manufacturers dont seem to have embraced .pdf manuals much – surprising in that leaving a copy on a website for customers to download is no big overhead – and it certainly beats customers hassling them on the phones, etc.

Those that don’t offer free downloads are in the minority to be honest and it’s generally the “budget” manufacturers that don’t, they need the extra revenue from this sort of thing and hiked up spares prices to boost their income which they would otherwise gain from selling appliances at a realistic price 🙂
