manufacturers parts dvd

Not had much (non really) luck finding any info on the web or here regarding this, Electrolux had the tds offline 2008, hotpoint has partfinder and CDA have a parts dvd and i assume that other manufacturers have the same so are they available to us independents to buy or download? i have the electrolux and cda dvd but would really like to have other brands. Thanks

Hi David: Do you know if the CDA disc is still available & where from? information seems virtualy impossible to come by nowadays, if it wasn’t for the people on this forum I’d have benn up a long creek without a paddle on a few ocassions. 🙂

Hi Andy, I only have the CDA disc because i’ve recently started working for them as a independent engineer (one call in two months) i never heard of them until then. But if you need any help, just let me know and i’ll do my best to help.

Hi, The Whirlpool DVD is available to anyone who wishes to pay for it !
Its known as SIOS and is useful but could be better, as far as I am concerned TDS sets the benchmark for what a Technical Documentation
should be Partfinder is great if you have the full unrestricted version which the Companies own service force have, the Partfinder we get is a much reduced version and considering the money that they want every six months its a P*** take.

Is the whirlpool dvd available from shop@? i know the tds is but i couldn’t find anything regarding whirlpools dvd. If not would it be straight from themselves or is it sold via a third party?
