    Hi Everybody

I’m a new member and hope to be able to give a little to the forum as well as take. However first time round I have a question for all you self emloyed engineers out there! Have you ever done any work for Maple Industries and more to the point do they pay up!!! I have just been offered work from them and given the reputation of someone connected with them I am in two minds 😕

    Thanks

    Mal

    Thanks Kurt

Going on Ted’s results I think I will give them a go but tread carefully.

    morning,

We do a couple of dozen calls a month for Maple and they do pay extremely well and without problem…..£42.00 plus vat per completed call(electric and refrigeration).

I have to say the fitters who “fit” the kitchens in my area are poor, so some customers are a little cheesed with the kitchen company, but so far not with us.

    Easy and good work.

I was approached by Maple whe they where initially looking for agents and to date have had no problems. Rates are excellent, payment is excellent you normally receive a cheque back within ten days and if you work with them you build a good working relationship.

When they were setting up their network I forwarded names of DASA members in the areas they were requesting hopefully a number of you have benefitted?
