Margherita 2000 AWD12 problem

I Have A Margherita 2000 AWD12 Advantage about 4 years old ,never had any problems ,until now !!

Light on start button flashes 10 times and program knob keeps spinning.
it sounds as if it is going to start but the drum is not moving?

Have read all posts relating to model ,tried turning on and off in different sequences,taken filter,tubes and motor off and checked ,no change (apart from 2p found in filter) 🙄
Any help you can give would be great because ariston quoted £90 call-out and i would prefer to fix it for less .

I have a manual but i doesn’t help

By manual do you mean the user instruction book?

10 flashes suggests a pressure switch fault, however the electronics on these Indesit machines are ticklish to say the least. It could be the pressure switch, pressure hose blockages or tiny holes in the pressure hose, bad connections on the main PCB or even a faulty PCB.
