    my margherita wont drain! i have tried to get the filter out (behind the plinth at the front) but it just wont come out!! it turns a qtr turn but will not come out can any one help? please 🙁

    There’s probably a coin or similar jamming the filter. Try turning it back and forth to see if it will come free.

    If not, brute force (possibly breaking the filter) may be the only solution. You can replace them for about £15.
