Had an order to submit, No reply, Its seems they have a new phone number and the the old one should redirect call but its not.
Tryed online but the new site tells me my EMAIL does not exist as a customer.
I gave up and put order through on connect, It was 2.50pm.
I noticed on Masterpart home page, orders can go in up to 4 pm for next day delivery. Which is brilliant.
If you have an account with them go to the home page put in your E-mail address and password as “masterpart” in lower case without the “” . Then go to my account and change the password to your own, everything should work

Not the first time MPT’s security has been questionable!

Give them a chance as it is a completely new platform and I know that pain only too well. Admittedly it could have been a smoother transition, but heh, they’re trying to be better than they were. Surely that’s not bad?
Better to tell them what’s busted so they can fix it than just gripe about it.
