Masterpart invoices

Is anyone else having trouble with Masterpart not sending out invoices?.

They sponser some of these forums so could someone tell me how we are now expected to pay as invoices I have not seen a invoice for three months.

Yep, always sent with the goods then monthly statement in the post with next months ‘specials’ catalogues included.

They would be all over me like a bad rash if I hadn’t paid them for 3 months…..Do you live in a cave in the Outer Hebrides or what?

The trouble is far from being all over you like a rash they just freeze your account with no notice.

Strange must be just me getting no invoices 😕

Masterpart send out email copies of order/ invoice as well as the boxed one.
Must admit though Qualtex are peeing me off now just putting a pick list in the box. With everyone else I can pick and price at my delivery point, with Qualtex I have to print off the order and keep it with me till the parts come in 👿 . Just one of those little niggles that stops things running as smooth as normal 😉

Individual invoices with deliveries and regular as clockwork monthingly bill with little booklets.

Also all the details of all invoices and payments are on “My account” One of the better things about their upgarded site. Unlike their ever deminishing stock levels and rapidly rising prices !!!!
