ModeratorIt appears that Masterpart have updated their web site. An e-mail to customers would not have gone amiss to advise on this. I clicked on the desktop icon I use to link to Masterpart and got ‘Page not found’. I found the new page by clicking the forum link.
Unfortunately, even though I can login, if I click on ‘Basket’ I get a message saying that an error has occured in fetching basket. 😥

Same here, I can get details of previous orders but I can’t order anything. Not good for sales methinks but perhaps it will be sorted on Monday.

Interesting, they’ve also watermarked all the pictures 😆
A bit annoying you can’t order anything though 🙁

Just phoned Masterpart and they reckon about an hour from now should see the updated site in working order.
Sounded slightly un-convincing to me but we`ll see 🙂

The biggest improvement for me is it doesn’t “time out” and require you to log back in quite so quickly as it did before 😀
You still can’t see orders placed though until it’s been updated the evening after dispatch 😕
Seems faster as well…

Is their site down for everyone else (since yesterday sometime) ?
They’ve already lost over £100 worth of trade from me to the Brummy Bandits 🙁 :bang:
Unless I CBA to transer it over tomorrow 😉

Indeed it is, I guess their excuse is “essential maintenance” perhaps? But as most guys do they stock checks and restock during the weekend, many will be as annoyed as you no doubt :angry4:

It’s not just the restocking, the UKW shop@ doesn’t shut at 5.30PM 😉

It must be something at your end, firewall, AV, local IP/DNS problems etc. I can access it in a split second.
You could try flushing your DNS cache, open a Command Prompt ( Start/Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt) type in
ipconfig/flushdns exactly like that without spaces and then hit Enter.August 15, 2006 at 10:34 pm #177693Dave_Conway
