    Chinese machine badged Matrix by CDA I believe.

    I’d like to know why the one I’ve got on the go takes 4 hours to go through a wash.
    Are there error codes or diagnostics for them? Will they just go through the programme if there’s no heat?
    Any info on these would be appreciated.

    Heater relay dropping out under load? Cools down, remakes, cycle, cycle, cycle – that would extend the wash time quite spectacularly.

    The one i’ve been asked about MX194 wont start cycle, the first three lights flash and it makes the bleeps as if its finished. Any thoughts?
