    Hi guys,

    Havent been to this one yet but cust turns it on, and the power led comes on fine, (so does the salt warning & rinse aid light also but obviously these could be empty) and beeps but will not let you select a prog at all. Cust has tried holding down start for a while and the on/off button to no avail. They’ve tried unplugging for a while, All worked fine yesterday. Anyone had this before or ideas where i should be looking?

    had one of these today with the same problem…
    heater element gone to earth..replaced and all was well again
