Morning guys,
Do any of you have experience of this waste disposal unit? The magnetic plug no longer seems to work, the customer has purchased2 replacement plugs with no luck. I can’t find much information on them.

no seen one but they are a British company

there is a proximity switch listed (20796). may just be a reed type
