have a maytag GC2225PEKW with a noisy baffle once it is in the closed position. Sounds like once closed, the baffle motor is still being powered hence making the noise as it uselessly tries to continue closing the baffle. (there is no ice build up jamming it) I have replaced the baffle which comes with a new microswitch but its still the same. Once in the open position the power is cut to the motor so its completely quiet. Am thinking the pcb is ignoring the signal from the baffle? PCB was replaced in 2014 so not sure the customer will stand another one. Anyone else had this issue?
