Hi i have had a customer on the phone and is complaining of bits of plastic in the ice as if it has been peeled,the only thing i can think of is of the crusher is catching the outside of the casing,problem is its quite expensive and out of stock.
has anyone had this before or even have one lying around??cheer chris
