Maytag GC338EHB10 ice maker not filling with water

Maytag GC338EHB10 sn: FD8408 19849378EP
Maytag ice cube tray not filling with water, the crusher motor turns but no water enters the tray. Had a look at the ice maker unit and it seems ok.
The water dispenser when selected works ok so I dont think its overiced, also the reservoir seems fine.

Could not take the appliance out at visit to investigate further. any advice would be great . . .

Check that the water supply chute from the icemaker to the rear of the unit is not blocked with ice. 😉
