    Customer tells me the power in there house went down, machine was in spin cycle, since then when motor runs in wash or spin / there is a popping noise machine stops and a EE code come up…can anyone advise me as to possible fault..never worked on one before.
    could power been shut of affect this !!!

    this is a samsung built machine.
    i think the EE could be E8, or 8E, i forget which way round it is!!
    anyway E8 normally means a new board is needed.
