The customer says that the dryer smelled of burning, so she got someone out, who replaced a part. She doesn’t know what part it was. After he had gone, it dryed one load ok, but wouldn’t work on the next load. She doesn’t want to call him back because she didn’t like his attitude. Now it starts up for a short while, then just stops dead. She says it doesn’t heat, but I’m not sure if that is because it just isn’t getting time to heat up. Any ideas please, before I throw myself into the lions den? Cheers. Steve.
