branded Menumaster Model no. UFS18E S/N 11573160JR displays “call service”. Machine will not clock set or power up. Anyone else come across this oddity before?

Hi, Heres something to go on.
As far as I am aware Maytag UK never imported microwaves direct (could be wrong if previous to last 5 years) but Amana did, these continued to be handled by Bradshaws in Bristol (Plyamenca group) after Maytag were obtained by Whirlpool the microwave products where stripped out and ran as a stand alone the Amana name was continued to be used under license. This has now been replaced by Menumaster. Hence its not a copy but a genuine Amana usually sold for commercial use.
For spares go to Bradshaws, sorry havent got the number but google will turn them up. 😆
