Maytag MWA09149WH/1 washing machine stuck in demo mode.

Hi

My machine will not start any programs.
It is just cycling round things in the LED display.
When I select a program and press start it just displays ” d on “

Does any one know which combination of keys to press to get it out of this mode ?

Can’t seem to find that model number, can you check it please.. If you have the owners manual, what you need should be in there.

Found your machine on Maytag website. I was hoping to find the user manual there but there is no support option. If you can’t solve it a phone call to them on 0844 499 0101 may be the way forward.

model number is correct.
Nothing in Manual covers this.

Have spoke to Maytag service ( machine is 2 months old )
They can only arrange for someone to come out ( next thursday !!!) as they are not technical.
I’m sure it’s just the right combination of buttons to get it going, but don’t want to wait till Thursday.

Maybe if you switch it off at the mains socket for 5 or 10 mins that may clear it?
