Maytag Neptune (LCD Menu)

Ok.. I have had about 7 call outs and got a free 5 year extra warranty but the last guy that come out showed me how to get into the installer menu so that i can force it to unlock the door

does anyone know how to get that menu up for me?

I should have taken the free replacement that offered me last time. thing breaks down every 3 months

Neptunes are US front loaders – we have no knowledge of them in the UK. You’d be best asking our friends over on http://www.appliancejunk.com.

there is usually a guide inside the top control panel , assuming previous engineers haven’t robbed it 😆
explains test procedures etc .
power supply off before removing the panels though – and mind your fingers on the sharp edges 😯

From memory, try pressing the 2 lowest keypads together either side of the display for about 3-4 seconds, should get you into service mode
