Maytag spares Dept very slow to send parts

Anyone on here have problems with Maytag taking ages to send parts out?
Ordered a defrost heater, in stock, but took 10 days to arrive. :rolls:

Ordered a defrost stat early December, not in stock, arrived this week.
A long story but they lost my order, but still managed to charge my credit card. 😯
Does anyone know of a wholesaler who stocks Maytag parts, I’ve had 2 unhappy customers in a month both waiting for parts from Maytag.

yep took 2 weeks to get an in stock valve for wahing machine.

They are agents and stock parts on a next day service

Had yet another problem with Maytag today, phoned to chase an order.
I ordered two defrost heaters, they sent one, still charged for two.
Only waited 3 weeks.
Called them yet again to be told we have no record of your order 😯 WTF are they playing at!
After half an hour on the phone as if by magic they found my order, the part is now out of stock, yet another two week wait. :rolls:

How on earth can they run a company this way.
