maytag toploader pav2300agw

hi lads,does anyone out there have a tech manual for a maytag pav2300agw?customer claims it was filling while in wash/agitation cycle and overflowed.its not happening while im on site, obviously.have checked pressure switch and pipe,and inlet valves but no luck.could this be an inermittant timer fault?im abit lost at the moment so any help or a tech manual would be appreciated.maxx.

see if customer know if it takes time to do this

dont know machine but if its a mechanicla timer
fill machine turn off at plug ( you could get cust to do this and you go along later ), leave for an hour or so, turn on see if it fills
what i am looking for is a pinhole leak that wont show up quickly
