    Model AYE 2200 AGW Ser no. 1125182EC
    Totally dead.
    I was unable to pull it away from the wall as its attached to a galvanized vent pipe. I did not want to damage anything so did not give it too much wellie.
    Can anyone advise if the pipe is just a push fit onto the back of the machine, if so I’ll have to return with a long pinch bar, or do you gain access by removing the front panel.
    From previous messages I suspect its the thermal cut out but I need to return to check. Any advise welcome.

    I almost sure access is through the bottom panel at the front, thermal fuse is just behind duct cover.
