Meaco DD8L Junior Dehumidifier leaking

Hi all,

Dehumidifiers are not my area of expertise so wonder if anyone can shed any light. The above has been leaking for a number of months now – very little is collecting in the water tray.

Basically, it’s very powerful and works well, but obviously is an absolute pain having to put something underneath it to soak up the water that’s dispelled every time.

Does anyone know what could be causing it? If further information is needed, just ask.

If it’s out of it’s two year warranty you could check the container does not have a split in it and the filter is clear.

Failing that you would need to dismantle to investigate where the leak is coming from.
