    Hi,
    Ive been asked to take a look at this machine, not one that i’m familiar with.
    After the wash cycle the cups/plates are coming out with a brown stain around them?
    Would be grateful for any help.

    Hi Ashby: If it’s a Pinkish Brown stain then the 3 most common causes i’ve found are using non dishwasher safe crockery & under dosing of detergent or using a cheap detergent. Wonder if the customer changed brands recently. By the way this should have been in Trade Technical Enquiries.
