    Went to this machine today (I must be mad) Customer complained that on selecting a program and pressing the start button the machine drains, then the water valves appear to work then the Check filter and drain lights flash. The machine drains OK, and the water supply is good, all water valves show a good resistance. I have disconnected the level tube from the front circuit board and the level chamber is clear. What have I missed?

    Is there a float switch in the base?

    No float switch, the bottom of the machine is open so no anti flood device.
