I work for Nottinghamshire County Council Trading Standards Service and we run an approved trader scheme called Buy With Confidence. We are always looking for ways to expand our membership with reputable traders and so I was wondering if we could contact your members regarding the scheme. IMO, I don’t think we want to be using our efforts, money and time acting as a recruitment service for the TS Buy with Confidence Scheme……correct me if I am being selfish here….. 👿 On the other hand, we have to try and avoid ‘upsets’ by wording the WTA’s reply carefully.
Right, suggestions required ASAP please – my input would be a “cut & paste” 2 fingered salute. But you have to give them credit, it didn’t take them long to find us!!

My take…

Respond with a simple we will post the request on the member’s boards and make them aware, asking any members in the area that are interested to contact you directly.
