I know that my not hold much bearing to people looking at a shiny new cooker but, when you need parts down the road and, you’re dropping a few grand on a cooker trust me, it really does matter, a lot. You need to be sure you’re going to get a long life out it and at a sensible cost.
RM are okay but some of the parts pricing and programming of the induction stuff if it goes wrong is, bluntly, horrific.
Ilve are still a decent bet in that arena as well.
Smeg are also well worth looking at also.
