This PDF manual would be useful for me too. I was also recommended an online editor review https://www.hrfuture.net/talent-management/training-development/create-pdf-document-with-extreme-ease-with-pdf-guru/ that lets you add notes to manuals like these. And it’s really convenient for that purpose. I have some large manuals where adding notes is sometimes necessary for convenience, so this might be useful for someone else as well.
I very much doubt you will, someone was after one and some bits way back in 2008 with no success!!
Just had a Google to no avail. Aga Rangemaster now own Mercury you can contact them on customerrelations@agarangemaster.co.uk you never know they may still have it in their archive.
