For the W123SUK you should find you need:
Bearings 6205 & 6206, seal Part No. 082696.
You can’t buy a bearing kit as such.February 21, 2006 at 9:52 pm #166395hilly

when i enquired with indesit with w123suk they said there is different thicknesses of shafts so i guess they must have modified it during production by the way they spoke all the merloni machines like this one are this way. With the serial number they can tell u exactly which one it will be i was just hoping i would be able to carry a set of each on stock so i can complete job in one visit. (i ordered a set of bearings and a seal about two weeks ago from merloni but they wouldnt give me too much info and im still waiting for them to arrive!)

Don’t pay Merloni prices for bearings, look for a reasonable price kit containing the bearings you need and just buy the OEM seal. I think Connect do an AEG kit that contains the 6205 & 6206 (if that’s the ones you need).

When you find out the sizes you need Seme do a good range of 2RS bearings (waterproof) at very reasonable prices. Also a good selection of seals though you need to check the quality as I received some Hotpoint single lipped ones the other day. Don’t think I’ll use them.

Bearing kit part no. BRG6091(Connect) and seal part no. 082696 (genuine Merloni part) is certainly the cheapest way of assembling a bearing kit for these machines. 😉
