    Got this ff at present causing me some problems. The usual fault warm in the fridge and freezer iced up, also a problem with the baffle. Ive replaced the baffle after defrosting the applicane but still it is warm in the fridge.

    Baffle is open fan is running, any other ideas??

    Is there an ice built up in the vent tubes to and from the freezer to the fridge.

    nocustomer has done defrost after first visit
