Anyone who owes MFI administrators for old parts invoices be aware that a company called Soveriegn Credit Management will be calling you demanding full payment by Friday or they will proceed with legal action.
Had my call today have to now assess the situation as what next to do 🙁

Yeah I got a threatening call today also, MFI owe me 6k more than i owe them for doing their work (parts and labour), it seems wrong that I have to pay for parts which I have fitted on their appliances when I am not getting paid myself. Looking into the legalities on insolvency law on this as whether amounts are legally allowable to be offset, if so im okay, If anyone has any advice on this I would appreciate it.
