    Hi All

Does Anyone have one of these horrible PCBs lying around working or not (working would be better) The lable number is 16010011509.

The customer is not willing to pay over £100 for parts and I need every job I can get at the moment, This PCB has Burnt through so QER will say it’s not fixable and they dont supply from stock.

If you have a working one and want to sell it or swap it for anything I have here such as brand new Zanussi module (the computer ones) or Some Creda halogen elements or anything else I have then please let me know.

I’ll do a list of stuff I have to clear out of the way, its all current usable stock mostly boxed and new.

    Thanks

    Many Thanks

If the PCB has burnt out and there’s no visible cause of this then you might be needing a soap dispenser as well – another £28.50 & VAT. If this is faulty it may well take out the new timer within a couple of weeks. 🙁

    Oh Great,

It looked like possibly a dry joint had caused it, but your probably right, I tend not to bother with Diplomat stuff if i can avoid it as every one I have been to has been a PCB so when they phone up saying it’s doing nothing but drain and I’m getting a burning smell from the door, I just tell them it’s most likely going to be the PCB and going to be in excess of £120 to be repaired.

Usually scares them off but this is for a tight fisted landlord who didn’t know what the problem was or the make so I drove 25 miles for my first job of the week (yes it’s friday) and it turned out to be a nothing job.

God I hate school holidays 🙁
