    The two right hand neons (strong and superwash) stay on and dont allow resetting of board. Any ideas??

    Hi bonz.

    Have a look further down the list on this section as I had exactly the same problem.

    Unfortunatly the reply didn`t help me and I had to pass it to Hygena.

    Chris – Went out to a Smeg equivalent with the same fault code neons. Further investigation led to a duff heater thermostat at the front. This on had the standard internal element not the tube type fitted in the base. Hope that helps.
