Both hot plates on the right of Matsui cooker that I have no longer work, what is it that has failed to work and could I get spare parts for it?

well first did they fail at the same time or have they failed at different times ?

so whatever it is its common to the 2 rings
I would look at the terminal block first. some terminal blocks have brass “U” shaped links in. These links have to be in place otherwise power gets cut off to some of the rings. if the installer did not tighten the screws properly these can come loose and disconnect some of the rings. you can also check it easily without taking things apart
