Miele 10 year cover (parts and labour)

In yesterday’s Daily Telegraph on page 2 was a large advert for Miele, offering a 10 year parts, labour, and call out guarentee for selected machines.

Now, this is particuarly annoying for someone who’s just bought an ISE, when for £50 more, I could have had a Miele with 10 years, instead of 5.

This has been going a while now and only covers their machines at around £700+.

I have yesterdays Telegraph in front of me. The advert clearly states, ’10 years parts and labour cover, including call out, on selected models.
Also 5 year free cover is available on selected washing machines and washer dryers during the promotional period‘ which is from 1st June 2007 until 29th July 2007.

As macmini says you will find that this will only apply to their high ticket appliances.

Correct Jim. The first model in the range with a full 10 years is the W3240 which we retail for £799.
