Miele 5191 poor cleaning

Hi all,

Really hope someone can help me with a problem that is driving me up the wall. Had the dishwasher for a few years and ran perfectly, but recently just after filling with salt and rinse aid it is not really cleaning, by which I mean cups and cutlery are looking like they have only been rinsed not washed and there is a powdery feel and look to everything?

Things checked so far:
Ran a cleaner through, looked nice for 1 clean but went back to the problem
Ran vinegar through, same as above
Hot wash without the above and empty with soap, inside looked dull
Dismantled all swing arms and checked, blew back through the inlets… All clear

After all of the above, still looking horrible!
And yep refilled salt and rinse aide just in case…

Any help/ suggestions greatly appreciated.

Classic symptom of insufficient water either not filling with or not circulating properly.

Thanks for that, water seems to be getting in… And the swing arms move and sound like they are shifting water but I did wonder if enough was getting through… Time to see how to check the water circulation works ( impeller seems to rotate, but may not be spinning / working)
