    Customer complains that check drain and inlet lights flash and machine won’t start. Looked in the ‘known error codes’ but to no avail. Is there a reset feature for this machine?

    Base of machine could be full of water either from a leak or when customer opened filter and a lot of water run out?
    also make sure anti flood float and microwitch are working ok?

    Yes Brian,
    Went there today and thats what it was; water in belly tray after he cleaned filter after last wash.
    Got your message when I got home tho!
    Sods law but thank you anyway.
