cleaned out pressure bottle and left machine ok The place phoned next day to say machine stopped all lights off Checked all connections Changed on off switch bank Tried again machine started working Then stopped again messed about with wires to power board comes on again But keeps going off Changed power board still dead Must be open curcuit somewhere?????????????????? PLEASE HELP ……………………….REGAURDS DAL 0208 997 7704

I went to this model which had similar symptons. The fault was a faulty door interlock.

Should be a circuit diagram in a plastic wallet in the appliance. Switch bank were known to cause this problem, simple solder joint repair.

check the lower ezl101 board along its bottom edge… its quite often that any moisture in the cabinet collects there… if not that or an obvious dry joint it will be the lower board that needs replacing

thanks for info re miele info after tests it was the lower board thanks i will keep the contact with u incase of furthertrouble do u do many miele appliances ??? we have been doing them for 20 yrs but this is the ist time we have replaced o power board arnt they expensive ?? john on 0208 997 7704 torusselll 555

yeah boards are about £400 ish from miele… ive been a miele commercial techintian for 12 years or so and have done three boards just this week….
