leaks into base plate from what looks like an overflow tube from the door seal. Cleaned all this out but still leaks as soon as starts washing.
Any help please.

Maybe split lower spray arm. Or a problem with the arm anyway. Run it with the lower arm removed to see if that stops the leak.
