miele and hoover washer dryers

miele wt745 was on wash cycle then left it to finish but stopped in midcycle machine just dead i do have power to switces ???????????? also a hoover hnwf 7137 wash dryer starts to spin then stops. and start light alongwith delay light starts to flash
