    Hi,

    Going to above described Miele wasing machine. List indicates F53 as ‘Speed sensor fault’.

    Can anyone expand on this description for me please?

    What are the possible areas, is there a usual fault which throws this code up.

    Tacho i’d imagine, check tacho, tacho coil, magnet etc. Cable to motor from p.c.b, motor brushes, end frame on motor. P.C.B itself, relay or triac could be faulty either.
